Les Quintanes is an art space located in the town of Llorenç del Penedès, which lies in the heart of the county of El Baix Penedès between the mountains and the sea in a beautiful setting of vineyards and open countryside.

The space is housed in El Mas, a former ancestral home. The first records of the house date back to the 16th century, but the building itself is much older. Generation after generation have carefully preserved this important piece of architectural heritage, which has clear Arab influences.

Formerly used for making wine, the wine cellar at El Mas has been converted into a space for exhibiting and appreciating works of art. Exhibitions, conferences, concerts, performances, book launches... all have a place in this very special space, which is open all year round. This ancestral home also houses the studio of the painter Maria Teresa Baltasar, where we can enjoy her collection.
